What are the payment terms?
Payments are issued: Net 30 days from the invoice date in the CQportal
When are payments processed?
- For on demand OPI and VRI payments are calculated once the month has ended.
- For on-demand minutes, in Boostlingo, you will receive your invoice showing your minutes and earnings in Boostlingo. Please approve the invoice promptly so we can process the payment.
- Payments are issued every Monday
- If your payment is due after Monday, it will be processed the following Monday
Does the payment method change timing?
- No—all payments follow the same Net 30 + weekly Monday schedule
Can I use someone else’s account?
- No—payments must go to an account in your legal name (matching your tax form)
